Senior Vice President, Commercial Finance Group
Daniel Freedman joined Draper and Kramer’s Commercial Finance Group in the fall of 2000. Mr. Freedman has been involved with commercial real estate since 1988 and has experience in all facets of real estate finance. During his mortgage banking tenure, he has originated over $2.5 billion of debt and equity. Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, he spent two years working in the loan production group of another Midwest mortgage banking firm; two years working at American Express in its Corporate Real Estate Group; and seven years working at the Balcor Company, an institutional investment/management real estate company. Mr. Freedman received an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago and a BBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
