Jay A. Wheeler joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated in 2002. Jay has been in the commercial mortgage banking business since 1973, providing permanent loans, construction loans, joint ventures and development loans, throughout the Chicagoland market. Mr. Wheeler received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tulsa and has provided financing in excess of $2 Billion dollars for his Chicago based clients.
