Senior Vice President, FHA/HUD Financing
Jeffrey Ross is the senior vice president, chief underwriter and FHA platform manager for Draper and Kramer. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Ross is responsible for managing Draper and Kramer’s FHA multifamily, seniors housing and healthcare operational staff for Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN (seniors housing/healthcare) loan production and underwriting strategy.
Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Mr. Ross worked at Arbor Realty Trust, where he served as senior vice president and chief FHA underwriter. He also previously served at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital and a family-owned commercial mortgage lender specializing in FHA and Freddie Mac financing.
Mr. Ross graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and received a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
