National full-service real estate firm Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, today announced it has purchased and assumed management of Epoque, a 120-unit luxury rental community in Golden, Colo., approximately 15 miles west of downtown Denver.
The acquisition marks the third Denver-area property in the firm’s portfolio, with Epoque joining The Wright, a 203-unit multifamily property at 6465 S. Xanadu Way in Centennial, Colo., that Draper and Kramer acquired in August 2023 and began managing earlier this year; and Tempo Nine Mile Station, a 255-unit rental community that opened in early 2025 in Aurora, Colo., and was co-developed by Draper and Kramer, which also manages the property.

Completed in 2019, Epoque is located at 1175 Newstar Way, giving residents easy access to U.S. Route 6 and Colorado State Highway 93, as well as walkability to approximately 24 miles of hiking and biking trails in the area. The four-story community, which was 95% occupied at the time of acquisition, features studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 745 to 1,202 square feet. Each apartment is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and gas ranges, quartz countertops, wood-fabricated flooring, full-size in-unit laundry and oversize walk-in closets. Select residences also have a private patio or balcony. Parking is available in an underground garage.
Community amenities include an outdoor lap pool and spa; state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga/barre studio and outdoor meditation deck; private, reservable dining room with adjacent kitchen; landscaped courtyard with fire pits, grilling stations and lounge areas; pub/game room and lounge with wet bar; community garden with potting lab; reservable conference room and work-from-home space; dog wash/grooming room; bike repair room and storage for bikes and recreational equipment; and EV charging stations.
