Chief Administrative Officer
Christine Ramsey is chief administrative officer for Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, responsible for human resources, communications, stockholder relations, risk management and office services. During her tenure with the company Ramsey has played a key role in defining and shaping Draper and Kramer’s strong, employee-focused work culture. With her skill in communicating the company’s vision and strategy, as well as her ability to connect with employees and partners, she remains an important cultural steward for the firm.
Ramsey joined Draper and Kramer in 2016 as senior vice president of human resources. Under her leadership, Draper and Kramer was named one of the Chicago Tribune’s “Top Workplaces” in 2017 and 2018. Before joining Draper and Kramer, Ramsey was senior vice president of talent and transformation for Revenew Systems, a technology startup company; and senior director of talent management for Catamaran, which provides pharmacy benefit management and medical record keeping services. She also was director of recruitment and retention at Aon Corporation.
Ramsey has a bachelor’s degree in humanistic studies and business from St. Mary’s College and a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University Chicago.
