Senior Vice President, Commercial Mortgage Production
Bill Barry joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated in 1989 and currently heads the Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Barry has over 30 years of experience in financing various commercial real estate assets with a diverse range of financing structures, including senior debt, bridge debt, mezzanine debt, and preferred and joint-venture equity. Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, he was Vice President of Finance at Lincoln Property Company in Chicago. Mr. Barry has financed over $35 billion in real estate during his career.
Mr. Barry graduated from the University of Illinois with the highest honors, receiving a BS degree in Accounting. He was awarded a Bronze Tablet for graduating in the top three percent of his class. Bill has been and is involved in many charities, including Pitch In, All Stars Project of Chicago, Alzheimer’s Association, Link Unlimited, March of Dimes, Sarah’s Inn, Midtown Educational Foundation, and Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
