Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm, is pleased to announce it has promoted David Newton to the position of regional property manager. In his new role, Newton will oversee two rental properties in Draper and Kramer’s Chicago-area management portfolio: 1130 S. Michigan, a luxury high rise in the South Loop neighborhood; and 1350-1360 N. Lake Shore Drive, a 740-unit apartment community in the Gold Coast.
