Senior Vice President, Investment Management
Senior Vice President Bill Van Senus, Jr., first joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated in 1989, serving as the regional vice president and manager out of Houston. He then transitioned to managing the firm’s rental management operations before joining Draper and Kramer’s asset management team. In that time, Bill has been involved with more than $2 billion in real estate sales and acquisitions.
Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
