Bill Joined Draper and Kramer in 1989 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1975. While at Draper and Kramer Bill was been involved in the acquisition and sale of over $2 Billion in Real Estate. Bill currently oversees the Asset Management function of DK owned properties. Early in his DK career he managed DK’s rental management operations and prior to that was the Regional VP and manager of a DK office located in Houston Texas overseeing the operation and renovation of properties throughout Texas. Bill led Draper and Kramer’s condominium conversion efforts in the 90’s and 2000’s that resulted in the conversion of over 3,500 apartments to condominiums.
Bill has both a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is also a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker, and DK’s Managing Broker for Indiana.
