Chief Administrative Officer
Christine Ramsey is chief administrative officer for Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, responsible for leading key strategic initiatives as well as organizational functions including human resources, marketing and communications, stockholder relations and office services. During her tenure with the company Christine has played a key role in defining and shaping Draper and Kramer’s strong, employee-focused work culture. With her skill in communicating the company’s vision and strategy, as well as her ability to connect with employees and partners, she is an important cultural steward for the firm.
Christine joined Draper and Kramer in 2016 as senior vice president of human resources. Under her leadership, Draper and Kramer was named one of the Chicago Tribune’s “Top Workplaces.”
Additionally, Christine serves as the executive sponsor for the DK Foundation, the firm’s employee-led philanthropic donation program. Under her leadership, the program not only supports numerous causes annually throughout the Chicago area, but also cultivates a workplace where social responsibility and community impact are celebrated and embraced.
Before joining Draper and Kramer, Christine was senior vice president of talent and transformation for Revenew Systems, a marketing technology startup company, and senior director of talent management and human resources for Catamaran, a pharmacy benefit management services firm. She also previously served as director of recruitment and retention at Aon Corporation.
Christine has a bachelor’s degree in humanistic studies and business from St. Mary’s College and a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University Chicago.
