Vice President, Investment Management
Kathryn Jorgensen joined Draper and Kramer in 2020 and serves as a vice president, investment management. Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Kathryn gained experience in the industry through commercial retail, light industrial and student housing assets. To date, she has been involved in the successful closing of more than $500 million of core, value-add and opportunistic investments.
In her role as an asset manager, Kathryn is focused on improving and monitoring the performance of the portfolio throughout the asset lifecycle.
Kathryn has a BA from Wheaton College, and received an MBA from Darden School of Business at University of Virginia.
