Assistant Vice President, Investment Management
Ally Shulman joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, in 2022 as an assistant vice president, asset management. In her role as an asset manager, Ally is focused on maximizing the long-term value of the portfolio and improving performance throughout the asset lifecycle. She has been instrumental in Draper and Kramer’s entry into new markets and multiple lease-ups.
Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Ally gained experience in the multifamily industry through investment sales, property management, acquisitions, and asset management at industry-leading companies. To date, she has been involved in the acquisition, management, and disposition of more than $1 billion of core, core-plus, and value-add investments in 10 metro areas.
Ally has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She is also a part of a Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF) multifamily cohort and the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Emerging Leaders group.
