Andy Margolis joined the Commercial Finance Group of Draper and Kramer in November 2004 with the company’s acquisition of Mid-North Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Margolis has successfully placed debt and equity in deals across the country. He has arranged financing of properties in all asset classes including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, construction loans, and mobile home parks.
Mr. Margolis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in 1994 and received his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2001. Mr. Margolis enjoys giving back to the community where he serves on several not-for-profit boards.
