Senior Vice President, Commercial Finance Group
Christine Barry joined Draper and Kramer in January of 1998 as an analyst in the Commercial Finance Group. After spending 1.5 years as an analyst, Mrs. Barry became an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Finance Group, where she worked closely with the senior producers. She was responsible for coordinating and supervising all stages of deal process, from the underwriting through to closing. Mrs. Barry is now a Senior Vice President and has been originating debt and equity since 2001. During her career she has closed over $20 billion in debt and equity placements.
Mrs. Barry received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is a member Real Estate Finance Forum, an organization focused on the advancement of women in real estate finance, where she held various board positions, including President, between 2005 and 2010. Mrs. Barry is also a member of CREW and the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
