Senior Vice President, Commercial Finance Group
Dave Tomfohrde joined Draper and Kramer, Inc. in 1999 in the Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Tomfohrde has been involved in the real estate industry since 1973. Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Inc., he was Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Finance Division at Julian, Toft and Downey and before that he was Senior Vice President at Draper and Kramer in the Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Tomfohrde has been involved in all facets of real estate finance including construction financing, long-term debt placement, joint ventures, and equity sales. Mr. Tomfohrde has served on the correspondent advisory and has acted as a primary consultant to the servicing personnel for correspondent lenders. Mr. Tomfohrde is a graduate of the prestigious real estate program at the University of Wisconsin and received both his BA and MS degree in Real Estate Investment analysis under Doctor James Graaskamp.
