Mr. Athas joined Draper and Kramer in 1999 with over 30 years’ experience in commercial and multi-family real estate which includes land development and leasing. He began his real estate career in Denver, Colorado dealing in multi-family, industrial and commercial properties. He has been involved in sales transactions of over $900 million in 45 states representing individual asset purchasers and sellers, corporate and financial institutional entities such as Great West Life Insurance Co., General Dynamics, McHugh Construction, Hyatt Corporation , Bell Boyd & Lloyd law firm and Ford Motor Company.
