Vice President, Commercial Finance Group
Mark Perkowski joined Draper and Kramer in 2017 as Vice President in the Commercial Finance Group. Originally from Western New York, Mr. Perkowski’s commercial real estate career began in 2004 helping retailers use market data and analytical tools to identify the most profitable locations. He then consulted with banks advising them on the quality of their commercial real estate loans. Mr. Perkowski transitions into commercial mortgage banking after relocated in Chicago in 2011. Since that time, he has financed properties in all major asset classes including hotels and data centers and has specialized in placing loans with life companies and structuring complicated transactions. Mr. Perkowski earned a BS in Business Administration and Finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He currently resides in Chicago’s South Loop.
