Senior Vice President, Commercial Finance Group
Matt Wurtzebach joined Draper and Kramer, Inc. in 2005 and is a Senior Vice President in its Commercial Finance Group. Since joining Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, he has underwritten, negotiated, and conducted due diligence on more than 400 funded commercial real estate debt and equity transactions totaling $6.5 billion.
Mr. Wurtzebach graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Political Science (Honors, Phi Beta Kappa) and earned an MBA in Finance from the DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is a housing product council member of the Urban Land Institute and a DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance board member.
