Senior Loan Servicing Analyst, Commercial Finance Group
Brenda Cruz started at Draper and Kramer in 2014 in the Human Resources Department. In 2018, she transitioned to the Commercial Finance Group as a Servicing Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2021. Brenda graduated from Loyola University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. Brenda has been customer service focused for over ten years.
