Producer, FHA/HUD Financing
Jacob Gauptman, producer with Draper and Kramer, Incorporated’s Commercial Financial Group, brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate debt to his role, with roughly half of that time specializing in FHA/HUD multifamily financing. His prior career path included time at Dwight Capital, one of the top HUD lenders in the U.S.
To date, Jacob has been involved with more than $600 million in FHA-insured financing, including experience with 221(d)(4), 223(f) and 223(a)(7) loan programs.
A New York native currently residing in Florida, Jacob graduated from Baruch College in New York, earning a degree in Statistics and Quantitative Modeling.
