Draper and Kramer also listed as a Top 10 company for overall ratings

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm, is pleased to announce 13 rental communities from its national management portfolio were named 2024 Resident Satisfaction award winners by SatisFacts, the multifamily industry’s premier authority on resident satisfaction and retention. In addition, four of those same Draper and Kramer-managed rental communities also won an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction as measured by ApartmentRatings.com reviews – a recognition earned by only about 5% of all properties on the ApartmentRatings site. Draper and Kramer was also ranked No. 9 in the nation by SatisFacts for overall resident satisfaction among companies with 10 to 24 communities in their management portfolio.

“We take great pride in creating communities that feel like home,” said Julie Stevlingson, senior vice president and director of management services with Chicago-based Draper and Kramer. “Being recognized for resident approval year after year is truly rewarding, as delivering exceptional living experiences is our top priority. And, in addition to these recognitions serving as confirmation of what we’re doing right, StatisFacts also provides insights that empower our property management teams to stay in tune with the needs of our residents and inform our management approach for the future.”
