A “pandemic pivot” found Ida Valdez seeking a change in her career path, which, at the time, was in the healthcare industry. A friend told her about an opening as a leasing agent with Draper and Kramer, Incorporated. Today, after five years with the company, Ida serves as the property manager for Bell Tower Flats and Bell Tower Reserve in McKinney, Texas.

“One of the things I love about working for Draper and Kramer is that your hard work and dedication never go unnoticed,” Ida said. I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow in my career, and feel like I’ve always received recognition for my efforts.”

She added, “I also love that this job comes with a bit of spontaneity, and you never know what a day will bring. It’s definitely not boring!”
