Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm, is pleased to announce Amy Siebert, CPM®, has joined the company as vice president and regional property manager. Siebert will be based in San Antonio and will oversee Draper and Kramer’s local properties: The View at Encino Commons, a 324-unit rental community, and Sonterra Blue, a 342-unit apartment property, both of which are located in the city’s popular Stone Oak area. Additionally, Siebert will be an important local resource for Draper and Kramer as the firm pursues additional acquisitions and builds its third-party management portfolio in the region.
