CHICAGO - (July 24, 2026)
National full-service real estate firm Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, today announced two appointments to its board of directors. Donald Huffner, an experienced real estate leader who most recently served as CEO and president of private Hawaii-based real estate firm James Campbell Company, and Craig Robinson, a veteran executive and advisor for real estate business services companies, will serve as independent members of Draper and Kramer’s board, which also includes representatives from the company’s family ownership and its CEO.
“As a family-owned firm, we especially value the counsel of our independent board members who not only have expertise that aligns with our own firm’s capabilities spanning real estate investment, management, development and finance, but also broad business perspective that helps inform our strategic direction,” said Todd Bancroft, president and CEO of Chicago-based Draper and Kramer. “Both Donald and Craig are highly respected in the industry, and we know they will contribute valuable insight as members of our board.”
Huffner brings a long track record of leadership in real estate to his position on the Draper and Kramer board. Prior to his tenure at James Campbell Company, he was president and CEO of Collier Enterprises in Naples, Fla., and senior managing director and head of North America investments with AIG Global Real Estate in New York. He holds degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Cincinnati and has served as chairman of the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Platinum Council and as a member of the University of Cincinnati’s Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate.
Over the course of his real estate career, Robinson has held corporate board and advisory roles as well as executive positions, giving him deep experience in driving company growth and leading business transformation. He is currently an independent board director for firms including Lessen, a property services company based in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Oakland, Calif.-based Roofstock, a platform focused on the single-family rental market; and Second Nature, a property management software company based in Raleigh, N.C. He also serves as a strategic advisor to Dunes Point Capital, a private investment firm in Rye, N.Y., and to a number of early-stage companies in the sustainability, construction and data analytics sectors. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
