Board service continues firm’s 130-year commitment to Chicago
Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national full-service real estate firm, today announced Todd Bancroft, president and chief executive officer, has been inducted to the Board of Directors for Chicago Loop Alliance, a membership-based organization focused on creating programs that elevate Chicago’s Loop and accelerate economic recovery.
Chicago Loop Alliance is a membership organization as well as the sole service provider for State Street Special Service Area (SSA) #1-2015. The goal of State Street SSA #1-2015 is to position State Street as a world-class retail, entertainment and cultural destination that attracts Chicago residents, tourists and visitors as well as new businesses and real estate development. Programs provided under the SSA include, Street Team Ambassadors, Clean Team Ambassadors, Security Ambassadors, landscaping and holiday decorations, infrastructure maintenance, public art and placemaking, and destination marketing.

A real estate industry veteran, Bancroft’s career has spanned a wide range of real estate areas including more than 20 years of experience in law, acquisitions and development, commercial finance, residential management, residential mortgage lending, sales and marketing. He joined Draper and Kramer in 2012 as chief administrative officer, senior vice president and general counsel. He was appointed president and CEO in 2018.
