Chicago-based Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national real estate services firm, announces it has promoted four team members within its property management division: Kevin Cooky to assistant vice president, regional property manager and revenue manager; Kurstie Butcher to assistant vice president and regional property manager; Kelli Stuart to general manager of 1350-1360 Lake Shore Drive and 61 Banks Street in Chicago; and Amber Redding to manager of Hubbard 221 in Chicago.

“As a company, we put tremendous emphasis on professional development and growth, and so it is always extremely gratifying to see trusted team members take on more and more responsibility and be elevated into a new leadership position,” said Julie Stevlingson, CPM, Senior Vice President and Director of Management Services. “We’re grateful for the dedication of these four individuals and very proud to recognize their exceptional work and commitment to excellence with these promotions.”

Kevin Cooky, CPM, who previously served as revenue manager and general manager, brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate operations and management to his new role. Cooky is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker and an Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Kurstie Butcher, CPM, ARM, who was promoted from Property Management/Operations Specialist, has been part of the Draper and Kramer team for six years and has worked in the property management industry for 11. In her new role, she will oversee properties in the firm’s Texas portfolio, which includes 4 properties, as well as some in Chicago. An Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker, Butcher holds both CPM and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certifications through IREM. She was named to the IREM 30 under 30 in 2022, and was awarded the IREM Chicago 2022 ARM of the year. Nationally, Kurstie actively contributes to IREM’s DEI Advisory Council, chairs the Foundation Associate Board and is set to join the Foundation Board of Directors for the 2024-2026 term.
