The restaurant’s grand opening was celebrated during a Jan. 23 ribbon-cutting with franchise owner Baron Waller, Culver’s Co-Founder Craig Culver, Culver’s President and CEO Joe Koss, Chicago 4th Ward Alderman Sophia King, the Draper and Kramer development team, and multiple project and community partners.
