CHICAGO - (September 29, 2022)

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Bill Van Senus III, assistant vice president and regional property manager, has been approved as a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) board of directors. His term on the CAA board – which is responsible for oversight of the association’s finances, strategic plan, events and programs – goes through the end of 2023.

Van Senus’s career with Draper and Kramer started in 2008 as a leasing consultant at an apartment community on Chicago’s near South Side. He progressed to Grand Plaza, a 481-unit apartment tower in the city’s River North neighborhood, where he served as assistant property manager before being promoted to property manager and then general manager. In 2020, Van Senus was promoted to his current regional property manager role, in which he oversees eight properties throughout the Chicagoland area totaling over 2,500 units.

“We pride ourselves on being industry leaders at Draper and Kramer through our involvement with important organizations like CAA, and it is wonderful to have Bill continue our representation on this prestigious board,” said Julie Stevlingson, senior vice president and director of management services at Draper and Kramer. “With his leadership skills, and vast knowledge and dedication to advancing the rental housing industry locally and nationally, I can think of nobody more suited for this role than Bill.”

Van Senus is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is also a licensed Illinois real estate broker. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
