Dallas Comstock, maintenance manager at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated’s Senita on Cave Creek apartments in Pheonix, Ariz., has been in the industry for more than 15 years and says, without hesitation, that of the different companies he’s work for, Draper and Kramer is the best. He joined the company in 2024 after a friend flagged the opportunity for him. While Dallas says he enjoys his daily responsibilities – which range from preventative property maintenance to handling work orders to prepping apartments for new residents – he notes his co-workers are his favorite thing about his position.
“It’s great working with a team of people who are all really committed to our jobs and to supporting each other,” Dallas said. “We have a lot of trust in each other and respect for each other, and it makes everything we do to keep the property in great shape so much easier.”
Dallas’s colleagues agree, and describe him as hardworking, dependable and knowledgeable.
“He’s such a team player and really brings invaluable maintenance knowledge to the group,” said Ivory Robinson, property manager at Senita on Cave Creek. “We can always count on him when a challenge arises and he is very dedicated to a job well done.”
When Dallas isn’t at work, his time is spent on fun and games – literally. He enjoys playing board games and painting miniatures for games. He also loves spending time with his children and attending plays.
