Although she’s only been with Draper and Kramer, Incorporated for two years, Resident Ambassador Jossie Rojas has quickly made herself an integral part of the team at 61 Banks Street, a boutique ultra-luxury rental community in Chicago’s Gold Coast.

“I absolutely love interacting with our residents, whether that means planning events, assisting with concierge services, or helping to resolve an issue. I enjoy that sense of connection and getting to know the people who call 61 Banks Street home,” said Jossie. Fostering a sense of community at the property is important to her, she notes.

Another way Jossie works to create connections is through social media, which she helps manage for 61 Banks. “I really enjoy the creativity of it, taking photos and videos, making Reels – it’s so much fun to show off this gorgeous building while also sharing information that’s useful to residents,” she said.

Jossie added she is grateful for the opportunity Draper and Kramer has given her to expand her skills in social media marketing. “It’s nice to be encouraged to learn new things and explore different ways to support and build on our day-to-day responsibilities,” she says. “I really love working here.”

Julie Stevlingson, CPM, Senior Vice President and Director of Management Services, noted, “Jossie not only does a wonderful job overseeing social media for 61 Banks Street, but she also has shared her knowledge with teams at other properties, too.”

“She’s very generous with her time and expertise, showing other folks the tricks and tips she’s picked up along the way to set them up for success, too,” Julie said.

When not at work, Jossie enjoys spending time with her little brother, who is 13 years her junior, traveling and staying active doing yoga and Pilates. She also loves going for walks along the lakefront – which just so happens to be right next to 61 Banks Street. “I love waking up early, grabbing a cup of coffee, and watching the sun come up over Lake Michigan. There’s nothing like it!”
