Draper and Kramer is a member of the Strategic Alliance Mortgage, LLC, a group of independently owned commercial mortgage firms located around the country. As a group, there are over 40 branch offices and a production staff in excess of 200 producers that provide a data base that assists in the access of market data, property data and debt and equity source data that enables the group to complete successfully with the national mortgage brokerage firms.
