Draper and Kramer announced today that Christine Ramsey has joined the Chicago-based real estate services firm as senior vice president of Human Resources.
“We are delighted that Christine has joined our team to lead the human resources department in support of the goals and core values of our company,” said Forrest Bailey, president and CEO of Draper and Kramer. “Among her duties fall recruitment, talent and performance management and employee compensation.”
Ramsey comes to Draper and Kramer with a strong track record of leading talent management and human resources strategies across a wide variety of industries including financial services, healthcare and information technology. Most recently, Ramsey worked at Revenew as senior vice president of talent and transformation and for Catamaran as senior director of talent management on behalf of its 3,500 employees.
Ramsey earned a masters of science in human resource management from Loyola University’s Institute of Human Resources & Industrial Relations in Chicago, and a bachelor of arts in humanistic studies and business administration from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
